First, go to the Windows Control Panel.
Click on "Network Connections."

In the window that appears, double-click on "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" or select it and click on "Properties." (In some versions of Windows or connections, you may need to go to the Networking tab and select Internet Protocol TCP/IP.)
In the opened window, select "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter the IPs 4.2.2.4 and 8.8.4.4 in the provided fields.
Run the command ipconfig /flushdns through cmd.
Click on the OK button.

First, go to the Windows Control Panel.
Click on "Network and Sharing Center."

Click on the OK button.
